“Hemma Villa was absolutely breathtaking! It looked just like the photos and was super accommodating to our big group. Everyone was comfortable in their space with their own bathroom and plunge pools on the 2nd floor while the 1st floor bedrooms felt like an oasis with massive windows and views to the pool. The space plan was terrific and the atrium with the high ceilings was such a neat area for us to gather. We appreciated the daily housekeeping and felt secured with the gated community as well. The Guest Experience Manager was just excellent to work with! She was so helpful and gave us a lot of peace of mind with planning. Our itinerary would have been difficult without her. No doubt we would highly recommend Hemma Villa!”

“We had an absolute blast at the Hemma villa for my bachelorette party. Me and my 5 girlfriends loved the spacious bedrooms, private bathrooms and plunge pools on the roof. The house was gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. A true jungle oasis. Guest Experience Manager , the concierge, was essential in planning this trip. She helped me curate the perfect itinerary inclusive of dinner reservations, taxi rides, yoga classes, private massages, yacht tours and more! She was extremely communicative leading up to the trip and during our stay, and I couldn't have planned this trip without her help! The private chef was also fantastic and we had two delicious meals in the villa. Cleaning services daily was a great addition as well. 10/10 Would definitely recommend staying here!!!!”

“Could not recommend this place enough! One of my all time favorite places I've stay in. The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for a big group or celebration. The host was extremely communicative and helped plan our entire stay. She was also very responsive during our stay and helped booked reservations and any rides we needed during the day. The entire team was incredible. The place is a bit of a drive from the actual beaches (like most places) but we knew that going in! The beds are also very comfortable!”

“The place was perfect for us — exactly as pictured, though the main room/ dining room was actually much larger than anticipated. The plants are also now higher than in the pictures, so it is actually more private and shady than pictured. The only downside to that is there can be mosquitos. We had been a little concerned about late night noise from any nearby clubs etc., but that was not at all an issue, even over New Year’s Eve — pretty quiet with only distant noise that would not keep you up at night. As mentioned in the other reviews, the other major element to the home is the guest manager — she is amazing, and presented a full spreadsheet with numerous options and ideas for outings and adventures, restaurant recommendations and reservations, transportation, etc. Given most in our group had not been to Tulum before, her help was invaluable in maximizing the time we had in Tulum. In short, this place was perfect for a group of 14 including some kids!”
